AcademicsThis data subject area contains data about academic programs, courses offered, school library programs or data related to academics.
Attendance/EnrollmentThis data subject area contains student attendance data, such as Average Daily Attendance (ADA), enrollment, or absences. It also contains information about student participation/enrollment in special programs (e.g., Healthy Start).
Career EducationThis data subject area contains data about school-to-career programs, apprenticeship, military placement, employment or further education, technical preparation or workforce development.
DisciplinaryThis data subject area contains any student disciplinary information, such as data on expulsions, suspensions, and associated information.

FiscalThis data subject area contains data that pertain to the finances of a school, school district or COE (e.g., revenues, expenditures, general fund and program specific fiscal data). All data that are associated with a dollar amount should be included in this data subject area.

Parent DataThis data subject area contains any parental language or socioeconomic/poverty data.
Special EducationThis data subject area contains any special education data, such as special education services provided, enrollment/placement in special education classes, student disability information, facilities, special education teachers/staff.
Staffing DataThis data subject area contains any data about credentialed teachers at a school site, district, county office of education, or program. Such data could include the following: number of staff, teacher demographics, employment status (e.g., part-time vs. full-time), subjects taught, salaries, etc.
Student DemographicThis data subject area contains any data related to a student's gender, race, ethnicity, disability status, English language fluency status, or socioeconomic status.
TechnologyThis data subject area contains data related to educational technology such as hardware, software, infrastructure, student and staff proficiency with technology, and professional development activities relating to technology in public educational institutions.
